Terms of Service

By using this website or booking a service with Old Dominion Window Co., you agree to the following terms.

Estimates and pricing

Quotes provided by email are valid for thirty (30) days. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the property differs materially from what was described in the quote request.

Scheduling and cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start may be subject to a $40 trip fee.

Weather

Exterior cleaning may be rescheduled by us due to severe weather. Light rain does not affect cleaning quality and is not a basis for cancellation.

Property and access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the windows and water on the day of service. Pre-existing damage (cracks, broken seals, failing glazing) will be photographed and noted but not repaired.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, notify us within seven (7) days and we will return at no additional cost to address the issue.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Past-due balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
